How do I place an order?

  1. Browse or search for your product.
  2. Click on the product to open its page.
  3. Select quantity and click ‘Add to Cart’ or ‘Buy Now’.
  4. Go to Cart and click ‘Proceed to Checkout’.
  5. Enter your name, address, phone number.
  6. Select your payment method (COD, JazzCash, Easypaisa, Bank Transfer).
  7. Confirm your order. You will receive a confirmation call/message.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — Pay when your order arrives.
  • JazzCash — Send payment to 0347-5953531.
  • Easypaisa — Send payment to 0347-5953531.
  • Bank Transfer — Account details provided at checkout.

Note: We do not accept credit/debit cards at this time.

When will my order be delivered?

Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days across Pakistan.
Express delivery (1–2 days) is available at extra cost.
Delivery is free on orders above Rs 4,800.
For orders below Rs 4,800, a flat shipping fee of Rs 250 applies.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp.
Visit our Order Tracking page or contact us on WhatsApp with your order ID to get live updates.

What is the return policy?

We offer a 7-day easy return policy from the date of delivery.
To return an item:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.
  2. WhatsApp us at +92 347 5953531 with your order ID and reason for return.
  3. Pack the item in its original packaging.
  4. Our team will arrange the pickup or guide you further.
  5. No returns will be accepted without unboxing video.

Note: Opened perfumes and personal care products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

How do I cancel an order?

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Contact us immediately on WhatsApp (+92 347 5953531) with your order ID to request cancellation.
Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible but you can return the item after delivery.
