How to Order

Ordering on b-day is quick and easy. Follow the steps below to place your order and get your favourite products delivered to your doorstep.

Step 1 — Find Your Product

Use the Search bar at the top of the page to search by product name, category, or keyword.
Alternatively, browse by clicking on a Category from the menu or homepage.
Click on any product to view its full details, images, price, and description.

Step 2 — Add to Cart or Buy Now

On the product page:

• Click Add to Cart to continue shopping and add more items.
• Click Buy Now (WhatsApp) to instantly order via WhatsApp — our team will confirm your order directly.

You can update quantities in your cart at any time.

Step 3 — Go to Checkout

Click the Cart icon at the top right.
Review your items, quantities, and total.
Click Proceed to Checkout.

Step 4 — Enter Delivery Details

Fill in the following information:

• Full Name
• Phone Number (for delivery confirmation call)
• Complete Delivery Address (House No., Street, Area, City)
• Province

Double-check your address carefully — incorrect addresses may cause delivery delays.

Step 5 — Select Payment Method

Choose one of our payment options:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) — Pay when the rider delivers your order.
• JazzCash — Transfer to 0347-5953531 before dispatch.
• Easypaisa — Transfer to 0347-5953531 before dispatch.
• Bank Transfer — Account details will be provided.

Step 6 — Confirm Your Order

Review your complete order summary.
Click Place Order.
You will receive an order confirmation via SMS or WhatsApp within a few minutes.
Our team may call to confirm your order before dispatch.
